Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information, where available.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot normally be returned. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
